Yoga for Osteoporosis
Tara has been practicing yoga for nearly 25 years. She received her first certification with the Center for Natural living and continued to receive advanced training with JaiPure Yoga. She is a seeker of knowledge and continues to read and research yoga and movement modalities to enhance her teaching and self practice.
Tara is passionate about helping others find JOY through yoga. Her classes are fun, focused on safe alignment, carefully selected nourishing movement and infused with non-dogmatic yoga philosophy. Her goal is to help you feel safe as you explore your physical and emotional self on your yoga mat.
