What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation typically done in savasana. Your only work is to lie down, get comfy, and listen to Aly's voice! We will journey throughout the body to release physical tension, slowly working our way deeper into the layers of the mind. This practice is healing and restorative, as 60 minutes of Yoga Nidra can equal hours of REM sleep. In addition to a Yoga Nidra experience, this class includes a 30-minute sound bath. This experience is healing, transformative and magical! $45 per person
